Terms & Conditions of Sale

All Cost involved with return's to be carried by the buyer.

All Items returned must be in perfect condition.

All Returns must be within two weeks of Delivery.

In the case of Damage on arrival(due to shipping) A photo of damaged painting must be emailed to me on day of delivery and on receipt of returned item a full refund will be issued.

A Deposit must be paid if a request is made to hold a painting, this is non-refundable if client changes mind.
Commissions
-
A 20% Deposit must be paid on all commission work prior to start of piece.

Deposit is only Refundable if the Artist is unable to complete the Painting.

If a client is unhappy with a commission piece, The Artist holds the right to sell the painting from their website.
